Join avid birders Mark Lynch and Sheila Carroll and a deCordova Museum Guide for a bird and art watching tour of deCordova's Sculpture Park. Please bring your best binoculars (minimally 7 x 35), a field guide if you have one, and comfortable walking shoes. Tour will meet in the main parking lot and will run no longer than two hours. |

Meet Joseph Wheelwright and take the opportunity to get the inside perspective on the artist's work, process, and creative inspirations. PLATFORM Discussion Series A PLATFORM-exclusive event—join artists Adam Ames and Andrew Bordwin and intelligence analyst Rebecca Weiner as they engage in a conversation about some of the larger issues in Type A's Barrier installation and exhibition. Topics will include the ways in which we engage with security in our culture, the role of barriers as both protective and exclusionary, and the ways in which Type A's work engages with these ideas. |
