Karin Giusti creates outrageous, politically charged sculptures, installations, and guerilla public art works. She lives in North Branch, New York, and received her BFA from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, and MFA from Yale University. Giusti is head of the Sculpture Department at Brooklyn College, where she is also the Bernard H. Stern Professor of Humor. She is a recent recipient of a Guggenheim Foundation Fellowship, and is represented by Nikolai Fine Art in New York City.
