Kathleen Cammarata

“Any creation by the artist is an abstraction on the natural. The synergy of the two is an unfolding mystery.”
Kathleen Cammarata is a painter and printmaker who loves to share her expertise through teaching and encouraging art. Her body of work has an eternal component expressed through her interpretation of landscape. She received a BA and teacher certification in K-12 Art in 1971 from Montclair State University. Kathleen is also the recipient of numerous awards and grants and has been included in many group and solo exhibitions throughout the New England area. She has been a DeCordova Museum School instructor since 2004.
